Refund, Return, and Cancellation Policy for tresor (kailash traders) 

At Tresor, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

🔄 Returns

  • You can return products within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

  • If any product is damaged, replacement or exchange product delivery will be within 3 to 5 days.

  • To initiate a return, contact us via email at support@mytresor.in or WhatsApp at +91 9677294535.

❌ Non-Returnable Items:

  • Customized or made-to-order products.

  • Items purchased on final sale or clearance.

  • Opened or used nutraceutical products due to hygiene and safety concerns.

💰 Refunds

  • Once we receive the returned product, it will be inspected.

  • If the refund is approved , the refund will be credited to their original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.

Note: Shipping charges and COD fees are non-refundable.

❌ Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing them.

  • After 24 hours, cancellations may not be possible as the order processing begins.

💳 Refund for Canceled Orders

  • If your order is canceled before shipping, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

🔁 Exchange

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

  • You may return the product (if eligible) and place a new order.

📦 Damaged or Wrong Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Please share photos or videos of the item via email for faster resolution.
